This page explains what the FIRST PRO website collects, why, and how we handle it. It is written to describe what the site actually does today and will be updated whenever a new service is added.
What we collect
- Inquiry form: your name, e-mail and/or phone number, company (optional), the service you need, a project description and an optional budget range. We also store the page language, the page the form was sent from, the referring URL and campaign (UTM) parameters when present, so we know how requests reach us.
- Project Builder: your answers are processed to produce an instant brief and are not stored on our servers. If you then choose “Request a reviewed proposal”, the brief text is attached to your inquiry.
- Spam protection: a hashed value derived from your IP address is kept for one hour to limit repeated submissions; it is used for nothing else.
- WhatsApp, phone and e-mail links: clicking them takes you to that app or service under its own policies. We do not record conversation content.
What we do not do today
- No tracking cookies, analytics tools or advertising pixels are used in this version of the site. If we add them later we will ask for your consent first and update this page.
- We do not sell your data or share it with third parties for marketing.
- We do not process payments on the website.
How we use your data
Inquiry data is used only to reply to you and prepare a proposal or consultation for your request. Requests are stored in the site’s administration system, protected by administrator permissions, and an alert is e-mailed to the company address.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete your data at any time by e-mailing info@firstagency.ae. We respond within a reasonable period.
Updates
Last updated: October 2026 (site release 0.3). Any change in how data is collected will be published here.
